By purchasing a deposit, you authorize a non-refundable deposit, in the amount specified at the time of purchase, to be charged to your credit card for the purpose of reserving your spot on the Suite Wait List as it relates to TV home football games (each, a "Game") to be held at AT&T Stadium during the 2025 NFL Season. You hereby acknowledge and agree that: (i) payment of the deposit does not guarantee you a suite for any specific Game, or any Game at all; and (ii) the deposit shall be allocated towards your assigned suite for the Game designed by the TV. In the event the credit card expires or becomes invalid for any reason, you promise to provide an alternate valid credit card as soon as reasonably possible and without delay. If a suite for a Game does not become available during the 2025 NFL Season, then the deposit will be refunded to the credit card on file.
